Here I was thinking that I was the only NJB in the world with a SC wife, when I read an uplifting book on Israel called Start up Nation: The Story of Israel’s Economic Miracle by Dan Senor and Saul Singer , which tells me that the 1950’s Law of Return gives Israeli Citizenship status to non-Jewish spouses of Jews, non-Jewish children and grandchildren of Jews. So it seems you can have your cake and eat it too.
